After the successful completion of the Level 4 spec suite at 637 Flinders St for our clients Artifex Property Group and Peakstone, which was subsequently leased by Wesfarmers Health during the construction phase, Wesfarmers Health then proceeded to lease three floors (Levels 7-9) within the building to establish their permanent Headquarters. This led to our engagement in designing the new floors to suit the needs of their new office.

We crafted their new space with a wellness-oriented design approach tailored to their organisation. Soft grey blues, pastel hues, and neutral stones formed the foundation of our colour palette, fostering a serene and wellness-focused atmosphere.

The arrival area boasts a striking reception desk adorned with fins as architectural elements, symbolically reflecting Wesfarmers Health’s ownership of multiple companies. Each fin corresponds to a company owned by Wesfarmers Health, infusing a symbolic depth into the design of the reception desk.

Numerous agile working elements were seamlessly integrated into the floor plate to promote collaboration among teams. Meeting rooms were strategically positioned to optimize the influx of natural daylight throughout the space. A spacious breakout area was incorporated to foster a vibrant culture and encourage interaction among staff. Additionally, it serves as a versatile venue capable of hosting town hall meetings or events.
