The renaissance of the site provided us with a unique opportunity to celebrate and explore some significant architectural influences in approaching the design of Level 16 spec suites.
Studio 103’s design intent was led by the iconic shapes, textures, patterns and forms of the building’s old Venetian architecture. The earthy Venetian sunrise and it’s dusky sunsets were the main inspiration towards developing the schemes for both tenancies. Each suite has its own points of difference, which assists in creating a memorable experience for it’s prospective tenants.
