Artifex Property Group and Peakstone approached us to transform an empty warm shell of one of their major assets (637 Flinders Street) into an exciting speculative suite for future prospective tenants.
The floor plate of this spec suite on a single floor was a whopping 3500m2. The design intent was to strategically place all built zones to maximise natural daylight but also to ensure it was well spread throughout the entire span of the building.
Using a rich, deep colour palette complemented by soft organic forms created an environment that was moody yet calming. The open workspaces encompassed a neutral palette while the feature areas such as the breakout, meeting rooms, and collaboration zones had colour introduced to create a fun and exciting space to come together.
