Level 14, 412 St Kilda Road is a bespoke spec suite designed to celebrate form and colour. The spatial design centres around the town hall lounge, which is highlighted through curved and arched forms, complimented by a calming pastel colour palette.
This is then contrasted with a dark moody kitchen and black detailing throughout, that anchors the space and balances the bright and playful pops of colour in key collaboration spaces.
This approach was strategical implemented to help create different types of work zones, informal meeting and collaboration spaces; creating an inviting, flexible and open environment.
