Hines property approached us with the exciting opportunity to design their new workspace and flexible display suite located at 525 Collins St. Our objectives were to go beyond meeting Hines’ functional requirements and ensure that the space truly embodies their brand and values.

In pursuit of this, we curated a diverse range of functional workspaces, collaborative areas, and relaxation zones, meticulously integrating them to form a versatile and adaptable environment. This approach allowed us to create a dynamic and multi-purpose space that not only catered to Hines immediate needs but also fostered a sense of innovation and creativity within their team.

The external factors such as the available natural light and stunning views were considered as key areas, such as the staff breakout being placed by the corner windows, providing sensational views and an abundance of natural light whilst promoting a sense of calm and productivity.

We’ve also paid tribute to the branding of Hines Property by injecting pops of red into the design. This feature colour, paired with sleek and modern design elements, adds a sense of energy and vibrancy to the space, while also reinforcing the company’s identity and values.
