After securing a premium office tenancy in the St.Kilda Rd precinct, Heron Partnership were looking to create an agile and exciting space for their new office fitout.

Studio 103 was engaged to transform the cold shell of the existing space into what would form, Heron Partnership’s brand new workspace.

The building itself celebrates beautiful sun filled floors. We took this opportunity to maximise the natural daylight by creating open workspaces and placing built zones along the base building core. The newly designed architecture at reception boasts a timeless fitout for Heron Partnership with scalloped timber details coupled with natural stones & polished concrete floors. Creating a very stylish, edgy and timeless arrival space. By strategically placing the breakout along the best views, we ensured this would become a communal space with a multi-purpose use; for collaboration meetings, internal events and the staff breakout area.
