Our brief was to create a luxury apartment for our client to keep as their forever home. We merged the newly acquired second apartment into the existing space and converted it into a Master suite, inclusive of an ensuite, powder room & extensive walk in wardrobe. The remainder of the apartment was demolished and redesigned to suit the clients’ current lifestyle.
The new design exudes a luxurious hotel-style residence, including a kids retreat for their grandchildren to regularly visit. Whilst remaining in its original location, the kitchen has been redesigned to include a floating bar as a continuation of the central island bench.
