Auctus Investment Group Limited, an ASX listed global investment manager, secured a new space at L23, 101 Collins Street, Melbourne for their new workplace. The vision for their new space was to create a multifunctional space that would speak to the sophistication of their personality and brand.
Visitors are met by an arrival space with a gallery style complexity, showcasing Auctus’ impressive list of clients, leading into the reception area. These spaces are distinctly delineated by contrasting finishes and lighting. Custom bench seating and feature wall lights mirroring the reception illustrate delicate design detailing.
The main design feature is showcased in the multifunction open meeting zone and boardroom, with a 3-way glass operable wall spanning over 11 meters. These two spaces were designed to merge into one entertaining area of impressive proportions. Throughout these spaces, carefully considered finishes and acoustic details allow for flexibility throughout this front of house space. Playful elements are also integrated into the kitchen/breakout area to add a bit of fun and entertainment. The overall space is inviting, sophisticated and most of all reflects to the personality of the Auctus team.
