This recent workspace fitout was completed for Riverlee, located at 10 Queen Street, Melbourne. Refurbished with aflexible & evolving workspace in mind, this contemporary design is a premium office environment.
Drawing on experience & knowledge of enduring workspace design, especially during a challenging COVID-19 pandemic, Studio 103 worked collaboratively with Riverlee, Savills and Colliers to design a space that was guaranteed to fulfil both short and long term requirements.
The solution was a full turnkey fitout featuring custom curved walls and joinery, bespoke lighting and exposed ceilings with mesh accents creating an industrial edge, and seamlessly balanced with the warm and earthy material pallet.
