One of Australia’s leading owner operated commer One of Australia’s leading owner operated commercial real estate agency - Stonebridge acquired their new office space joining South Yarra’s most desired commercial address, 627 Chapel Street, Goldfield’s house. Catering for up to 40 staff, the space is seamless from the moment you enter. Instead of a formal reception, the arrival area is designed with curved seating nooks to allow for flexibility, client greetings, casual meetings, and fleeting conversations. Prominent architectural elements of curved ceilings and walls function as guided pathways into formal and informal work areas, meeting rooms and encourage creativity through the collaboration and breakout spaces.

The spatial arrangement optimizes natural light, resulting in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
